A state requirement for most managers, our ServSafe® training course will provide you with the tools needed to identify and prevent foodborne illnesses. It will help to identify problem areas in the flow of food throughout your operation and provide you with the tools to minimize risk factors. Food Safety Education is the foundation that every successful food service operation should be built on.
Alternate Language textbooks are available. Please make you request during registration. If you or your company own a copy of the ServSafe® Essentials 6th Edition text you may purchase the exam separately and receive a $30 discount. Please be sure to include this on your registration form under other comments.
A photo ID (e.g., drivers license, state ID, student ID, military ID, employee ID, US green card, or valid passport) with signature will be collected at the start of the class and will be returned upon receipt of all examination materials. This is a security measure required by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation to prevent the loss of examination materials and thereby maintain examination integrity. Please also bring with you a notebook to take notes during class and #2 pencil (wooden or mechanical).
