Documents Needed to Bring

A photo ID (e.g., driver's license, state ID, student ID, military ID, employee ID, US green card, or valid passport) with signature will be collected at the start of the class and will be returned upon receipt of all examination materials. This is a security measure required by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation to prevent the loss of examination materials and thereby maintain examination integrity. Please also bring with you a notebook to take notes during class and a #2 pencil (wooden or mechanical).
